Beautiful stamps of dates. A few months ago I went to a restaurant of Morocco's food (here in Santiago) and I had the opportunity to taste and enjoy some desserts that included dates. Delicious!

I suppose that in the case of Algerian food will be similar preparations given its geographical proximity.

In my country produced a kind of honey from the sap of palm trees.

yes the same thing here, we have honey from teh sap of palm trees (but in the desert not in the north)

we have similar cook with morocco but not a big similarity!
Algeria is so big that each region have its own particularity
